Call for Event Vendors

The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney are now accepting applications from artisan craft vendors for participation in the Brews on Bois D’Arc event on Saturday, September 27, 2025! 

Event Day & Hours: Saturday, September 27, 2025 4pm-10pm  

Location: 101 E. Main St. & Bois D’Arc St. Downtown Forney, Texas 75126 

Artisan Craft Vendor Categories: 

  • Visual Art

  • Pottery/Ceramics/Sculpture

  • Textile/Fiber/Leather

  • Wood/Metal/Glass

  • Bed/Bath/Scent

  • Home Goods & Seasonal Decor

  • Jewelry

  • Seasonal Gourmet Food Products (Not Mobile Food Vendors / Food Trucks)

How to Apply: Please fill out the Vendor Application, Release & Waiver Form and submit by September 5, 2025 at 11:59PM. All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied the week of September 8, 2025. Space is limited and the vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event. This is a family-friendly event so all products on display should be suitable to be viewed by all ages. Upon approval of your application you will be emailed a payment link to complete the registration process. The registration fee is $100 for non-FAC members and $50 for current FAC members. Sales: The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney will NOT be taking a commission on sales. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and should plan to have someone at their booth during all hours of the event. There is no WiFi so we encourage vendors to use their phone as a hotspot. 

Setup Instructions: The City of Forney will provide vendors with a 10x10 space to display and sell their products. Vendors will need to provide their own tents plus tables, chairs, other display equipment and lighting for the evening event hours. The City of Forney will provide access to electricity. Vendors will be contacted prior to the event date with additional details regarding the setup and take down process.
