2026 City of Forney Wine Arts Festival- Call for Vendors

The Forney Arts Council and the City of Forney are now accepting applications for participation in the 2026 City of Forney Wine Arts Festival on April 18, 2026! 2D & 3D artists vendors in the Forney area and throughout Texas are eligible to participate! This is a family-friendly event so all artwork should be suitable to be viewed by all ages.

Event Day & Hours: April 18, 2026 12pm-5pm  Location: 101 E. Main St. Downtown Forney, Texas 75126 

How to Apply: Please fill out the Vendor Application, Release & Waiver Form and submit by March 27, 2026 at 11:59PM. 

  • All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied the week of March 30th. Space is limited and the vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event. 

  • You will be notified via email of your application approval status within 3-5 business days of committee approval. Upon approval of your application you will be emailed a payment link to complete the registration process. Late payments will not be accepted.

Sales The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney will NOT be taking a commission on sales. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and should plan to have someone with their booth during all hours of the event. There is no WiFi so we encourage vendors to use their phone as a hotspot. Vendors may also sell prints in addition to their featured artwork. 

Setup Instructions: Vendors will be provided by the City of Forney a 10x10 space to display and sell their artworks, crafts or products. Vendors will need to provide their own tents, tables, chairs and other display equipment. Vendors will be contacted prior to the event date with additional details regarding the setup and take down process.
