Call for Vendors: 2026 City of Forney Christmas on Main
The Forney Arts Council (FAC) and the City of Forney are accepting vendor applications for participation in the 2026 Christmas on Main event on Saturday, December 5, 2026! 2D/3D Artists & Artisan craft vendors throughout Texas are eligible to participate!

How to Apply: Please fill out the Vendor Application / Release & Waiver Form, upload (4) example photos or your original artwork or craft products and (1) photo of your booth by October 31, 2026 at 11:59PM. Late applications will not be accepted.
All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied the week of November 2, 2026. Space is limited and the vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event. Product quality will determine selection approval, with priority given to vendors selling items that are holiday-related. This is a family-friendly event so all artwork and artisan products should be suitable to be viewed by all ages. (Please note: Uploaded product photos will be used for promotional and marketing purposes.)
You will be notified via email of your application approval status and, if approved, will have 5 business days to complete your registration process using the payment link emailed to you. Late payments will not be accepted.
The registration fee is $125 for non-FAC members and $70 for current FAC members. To become a member of the Forney Arts Council please visit: www.theforneyartscouncil.org/members. You must be a current member prior to paying the registration fee to receive the member rate. Booth payments are not refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Sales: The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney will NOT be taking a commission on sales. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and must have their booth supervised during all hours of the event. There is no WiFi so we encourage vendors to use their phone as a hotspot.
Setup Instructions: The City of Forney will provide vendors with a 10x10 space. Vendors will need to provide their own tents plus tables, chairs, and other display equipment to display and sell their artisan products. Vendors will be contacted prior to the event date with additional details regarding the setup and take down process.
