Call for Event Vendors: 2026 Brews on Bois D’Arc
The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney are now accepting applications for vendors for participation in the Brews on Bois D’Arc event on Saturday, September 26, 2026!
Event Day & Hours: Saturday, September 26, 2026 5pm-10pm
Location: Main St. & Bois D’Arc St. Downtown Forney, Texas 75126
How to Apply: Please fill out the Vendor Application, Release & Waiver Form and submit by Friday, August 28, 2026 at 11:59PM. Late applications will not be accepted.
All applications will be reviewed and approved or denied the week of August 31, 2026.
Space is limited and the vendor committee reserves the right to choose the best vendors suited for this event. This is a family-friendly event so all products on display should be suitable to be viewed by all ages.
All vendors selling seasonal pre-packaged seasonal gourmet products will need to apply for a food permit from the City of Forney.
You will be notified via email of your application approval status and, if approved, will have 5 business days to complete your registration process using the payment link emailed to you. Late payments will not be accepted. Booth payments are not refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Sales: The Forney Arts Council and City of Forney will NOT be taking a commission on sales. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and must have their booth supervised during all hours of the event. There is no WiFi so we encourage vendors to use their phone as a hotspot.
Setup Instructions: The City of Forney will provide vendors with a 10x10 space to display and sell their products. Vendors will need to provide their own tents plus tables, chairs, other display equipment and lighting for the evening event hours. Vendors will be contacted prior to the event date with additional details regarding the setup and take down process.
